  I called this business when I was truly at a low point. I had to put my beloved dog to sleep, and was trying to find out what was the best option. When I called this woman the music was loud, and it seemed to me as if she was eating while talking to me. She did a horrible job of answering my questions about pet creation. This would have been bad enough, but it got worse. She proceeded to ask me if my dog was still 'upright'. She then asked me why I needed her services. I tried to explain my situation, but she felt the need to give me her 'expert' medical advice. She then told me that I should try 'tuna' because my dog wasn't eating, and that her seizures were not that bad. She then asked if I had other dogs in the home and when I told her I did, she then yelled at me because of the grief I would be causing the other dog, saying "YOU CAN'T JUST HAUL IT AWAY.". This woman was disgusting, unprofessional, and ignorant of basic human emotions and situations. I hope no one has to use her services. Jennifer Binkley

  Terry and her staff were kind and caring. They made a time that was very difficult for my family easier. I was treated with sympathy and compassion. They came and picked up Daisey even though it was Sunday. Terry understands what pets mean to the people who love them. I am so glad I called Final Paws that Sunday morning and Terry answered the phone herself instead of a machine. Thank you so very much. I would highly recommend Final Paws Pet Cemetery and Crematory.

  Terry was very professional and compassionate when she undertook our Coal Dog. She allowed us to have time with him in a calm atmosphere and read a poem that helped us in our grieving.
  I would highly recommend her services.

  My dog of 10 years passed on a Friday evening and I called to have him creamated, but was told she couldn't do it till the next morning. Five Lights was able to do it for me that evening, and when I called to inform her, she was hateful and catty about me using her competitor. It's all about business with her and the compassion left the window. I didn't want my dog sitting in my garage all night. If she doesn't like it, she can stay open later and could have been more understanding of that.
